Site Specific Safety Management Plan
A comprehensive OHS Management Plan for use by Sub Contractors & Trades Companies, where a full Occupational Health & Safety Management System (e.g. AS/NZS 4801:2001) is not required. Meets the requirements of the Health & Safety in Employment Act 1992 and the Health & Safety in Employment Regulations 1995 at this level.

System Description
This Occupational Health & Safety Plan is designed for use by Sub-contractors performing on-site work under the supervision of a Head or Principal Contractor. It is based on elements of the standard AS/NZS 4801:2001 and is compliant with the Health & Safety in Employment Act 1992 and the Health & Safety in Employment Regulations 1995.
The procedures are suitable for Sub-contractors, trades or service companies engaged in:
- Full time site work for a Head or Principal Contractor
- Minor works / Van Operations for many Head Contractors
- Manufacturing / fabricating off site with on site installation
- Service companies e.g. Landscaping, Property Maintenance, etc.
